The Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS and the CSMAR Public Benefit Foundation invite you to our 805 Wine & Brew Festival, a philanthropic event being held at the beautiful

Gardens at Los Robles Greens in Thousand Oaks. 
 

The festival will feature unlimited samples of craft beer and wine, delicious food and a variety of arts and crafts vendors.  The event will also include live music by local band, Ignition as well as a silent raffle with fabulous prizes.

All proceeds from this event will benefit local charities and provide scholarships to local high school students.

  • What is the parking situation?  
    Los Robles Greens has a substantial parking lot and it is FREE to park.   

 

  • Can I bring my child, infant, teenager to the event?  
    Unfortunately no.  This event is only open to adults 21 years of age and older.  This is a vacation from the kids for the day!
     

  • Can I bring my dog or pet to the event?  
    Unfortunately no.  No pets allowed.
     

  • Should I bring a lawn chair?  
    Lawn Chairs are not allowed at this event.  There will be seating on tables throughout the event space.  There is so much beer & wine to taste, you won't have much time for sitting!   
     

  • Can I smoke at the event? How About Cigars?  
    There is no smoking outside of marked smoking areas. 
     

  • I broke my souvenir snifter tasting glass, can I get another?  
    The answer is, "IT DEPENDS." In the event of a sellout, there will be no additional glasses.  We will have cups to replace broken glassware.  Be Careful as we would hate for you to cut yourself.  
     

  • Can I bring in food and drink to the Event? 
    No.  We will have Beer & Wine Tasting and a water station and food station with small bite appetizers for your enjoyment.   
     

  • What if it rains? Will the event be canceled?  No.  This is a rain or shine event.  If the forecast calls for rain, please bring an umbrella.
     

  • Are tickets refundable or transferable?  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Yes they can be given to someone other than the name on the ticket.  

    In addition to the small bites included in your tickets price, we will have food trucks at the event with great food for purchase!!
